Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vubbs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including speakers, event organisers, and audience members who submit recordings.

Vubbs provides a platform that allows professional speakers to collect, process, and distribute video testimonials from their audiences. The Service includes QR-based capture links, AI-powered video editing, branding tools, and a showreel generator.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to account holders.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts may not be transferred without our prior written consent.

Vubbs offers a 14-day free trial followed by an annual subscription at the rate displayed at the time of sign-up. All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.

Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not issued for partial subscription periods.

Early-adopter pricing is locked in for the lifetime of a continuous subscription.

You retain ownership of all videos, logos, and brand assets you upload to Vubbs. By submitting content, you grant Vubbs a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store that content for the purpose of delivering the Service.

Audience members who submit testimonial recordings grant the account holder (speaker) the right to use, publish, and distribute those recordings for professional and marketing purposes. It is the account holder's responsibility to ensure informed consent has been obtained from recording participants.

You may not use Vubbs to: collect testimonials without the knowledge and consent of the subjects; distribute defamatory, illegal, or misleading content; attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; or violate any applicable law or regulation.

The Vubbs name, logo, platform design, and all underlying technology are the intellectual property of Vubbs and may not be used without our express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vubbs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, access to the Service will end at the close of the current billing period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
